Fixed Fees to obtain Probate pursuant to legislation​

Up to $30,000: $560 in legal fees plus $13.33 for each $1,000 additional.

$30,000 to $150,000: $960 in solicitor fees plus $5.90 for each additional $1,000.

$150,000 to $1,000,000: $1,670 in solicitor fees plus $4.47 for each additional $1,000.

$1,000,000 to $3,000,000: $5,470 in solicitor fees plus $1.66 for each additional $1,000.

Above $3,000,000: Fees scaling up to $15,500+ for very large, complex estates
